●	Farm-table dining room currently set to seat 6 people, but easily transitions to 8 with the addition of 2 chairs located in the kitchen.  
●	Coffee bar includes a Cuisinart coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, French press, K-pods and coffee condiments.
●	Living room has a Samsung 'The Frame' TV which allows you to choose art to be displayed when the TV is not being used to log into your favorite streaming apps. 
●	The 1st floor primary bedroom has a king-size Casper bed for a restful night of sleep, Smart TV, makeup vanity, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. 
●	The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed with Casper mattress.
●	The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and bunk bed with a full-size bed below and twin up top. 
●	All sheets, bath towels, linens, kitchen towels, extra pillows, extra blankets and beach towels included.
●	Smart TVs in every bedroom. 
●	Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 
●	The pantry in the laundry room holds small appliances, some cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, games, puzzles, and some beach towels.

●	You have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement. No entry to the basement is permitted for any guest. 
●	Electronic lock keypad for entry.  No keys needed.  You will have your own UNIQUE code for entry.
●	EXTERIOR security cameras on property!!!  There are 4 security cameras: 1) “Ring” style camera located at the front door facing the street; 2) side patio facing the driveway; 3) back door facing the backyard; and 4) the last is located INSIDE the off-limits basement. It is on and recording 24/7 only inside the basement for security purposes.  There are NO CAMERAS in any of the living spaces, public or private areas!
●	Please note that the house is on a well-traveled road that leads directly to downtown. Like most cities, you will hear some traffic noise.

CasaBunga is located in a thriving neighborhood of historic 100+ year old homes in an area of downtown Wilmington called Carolina Place and Ardmore.  Here you will find thoughtfully restored bungalows, craftsman style, Greek Revival and Four-Square homes built in the early 1900's.  Be sure to read all of the historic plaques on the front of many homes!  

You will experience some urban noise from vehicles and pedestrians as this is a downtown area.  There are restaurants and bars and social areas surrounding this neighborhood.  If you are not comfortable with this kind of exciting, hip and gregarious environment, then CasaBunga may not be the fit for you.

With charming touches and chic, updated interiors, Nest on Nun provides you a Wilmington getaway with a Southern Coastal vibe. Nestled between the historic Ardmore and Carolina Place neighborhoods, this charming home blends timeless Southern ambiance with modern comfort. Enjoy inviting porches, classic details, and tree-lined streets just minutes from downtown Wilmington. A cozy retreat with all the touches that make Southern hospitality feel right at home.

This house is decorated with a coastal boho aesthetic and is well set up for remote work if needed (we work remote when we stay here). One room has a Murphy bed that folds up into a built-in desk in a snap, making it flexible to work as an office as needed. 

The kitchen is well equipped, including a reverse-osmosis water filter and stainless steel appliances. Oh, and there is coffee provided :)

The TVs in the main bedroom and living room are both set up with AndroidTV, enabling you to stream music and video from Spotify, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, Dropout, and YouTube, as well as from your personal streaming services via Chromecast.

Finally, the real gem of this home is the outdoor spaces. The front porch overlooks a beautiful rose garden and provides a calm retreat for lounging on a Saturday morning with a cup of coffee in hand. Meanwhile, the closed in back porch has a full dining table and outdoor heater, extending the edge seasons and keeping cool coastal nights a bit warmer. There is even a foot wash station for beach days.

Charming historic bungalow built in 1917 in the Carolina Place neighborhood of Downtown Wilmington.  A quaint area which offers beautiful tree-lined streets, front porches, sidewalks for walking your dog, pushing a stroller, or simply out for an evening stroll, and a beautiful mix of older and thoughtfully restored homes.

On more than one occasion, I have been told our neighborhood is reminiscent of where "Gilmore Girls" meets "The Andy Griffith Show."

(Interesting tidbit:  2 doors down is the home featured on the former TV show "One Tree Hill"...a VERY popular show filmed in Wilmington with a huge fan base.  The home 2 doors down is the home where the show's main character Lucas Scott [played by Chad Michael Murray] lived in the fictitious town of Tree Hill!
